🌟✨🌟✨ The Fast of Gedaliah teaches us about the fragility of peace and the strength required to rebuild after loss. At Dinah, we honor this day by supporting survivors in their journey toward safety, renewal, and hope. #GedaliahFast #EndDomesticAbuse #Dinah #Voices4Voiceless 🌟✨🌟✨
Today, we stand with York County as they mourn the loss of three brave officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Our thoughts are with their families, the two injured officers, and the entire community as they face this heartbreaking tragedy. This devastating event is a powerful reminder of the far-reaching impact of domestic violence. It doesn’t just affect victims—it touches children, families, first responders, and entire communities. When abusers have access to firearms, the risks increase, often with deadly consequences. At Dinah, we’re committed to taking action. Right now, the Department of Justice is considering changes that could allow individuals currently prohibited from owning firearms under federal law to regain access. Survivor voices are critical in shaping these decisions, and we need your help to make sure they’re heard. Join us on October 6 for a webinar where we’ll walk you through how to submit comments to the DOJ. Together, we can advocate for stronger protections and help create a safer future for survivors and their families. 📅 Don’t miss this opportunity to make a difference—[Register Here]. Let’s honor the memory of these fallen heroes by working toward a world where tragedies like this are no longer inevitable. 🕯️ May their memories be a blessing. #EndDV #Pennsylvania #Dinah #Voices4Voiceless
At Dinah, we’re committed to supporting survivors of domestic abuse and breaking the cycle of silence. Domestic abuse isn’t just a private matter—it impacts our entire community. By partnering with local nonprofits, clergy, schools, and advocacy groups, we’re creating a network of care that addresses survivors’ safety, healing, and well-being. Together, we can amplify voices, educate our community, and create lasting change. Let’s build a future where everyone feels safe and supported. #SupportSurvivors #EndDomesticAbuse #CommunityCare #Dinah #Voices4Voiceless
Thank you to Morgan Lewis for hosting a CLE training with our Founder and Executive Director, Shana Weiner. The session focused on domestic violence in the Jewish community and explored the legal processes available to help survivors find safety and justice. Together, we’re empowering attorneys to support survivors and stand for healing and justice. #SupportSurvivors #EndDomesticViolence #Dinah #Voices4Voiceless
